Login root user.

Launch terminal from "Application"->"System Tools"->"Terminal".

Open the following new file.

 # cd /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts
 # vi ifcfg-eth1

Edit as follows and save the file.

 Tools"->"Terminal".
 DEVICE=eth1
 TYPE=Ethernet
 ONBOOT=yes
 BOOTPROTO=static
 HWADDR=99:99:99:99:99:99  # MAC Address which you can check Virtual Box Network setting
 NAME="System eth1"
 IPADDR=192.168.56.101     # as you like
 NETMASK=255.255.255.0
 NETWORK=192.168.56.0

Execute the following command.

 # ifup eth1
 # reboot

Now, you can connect with SSH server specifying IP address as 192.168.56.101.
