Deploy the sample project to Heroku server.

Launch instance.

Check server log.

Enter Ctrl-C, and define Procfile.

Check how many dynos is launched.
$ heroku ps

Execute the bundle install
$ bundle install

$ bundle exec rake db:create db:migrate
